I know it is hard to be original and as a youngster I used to do this but you don't expect ideas to be ripped off like this, watered down and presented as ones own with no apologies by those in publishing. This is the cover of a book by a TV breakfast presenter at the Fox network. I would have at least mentioned my apologies to Norman Rockwell whose painting "Sunday Morning" I've placed here for comparison.

No acknowledgement to Norman

Who am I? Let's make it fun. Clue number 1. You have shown the Norman Rockwell picture to me. P.s I have read more of your blog and I like the story about the fern.
So strange.... You'll have to give me another hint.
A name, a label, an illusion of knowledge. However, the only reason my first comment was posted anonymously was because I responded to that piece on coincidence quickly.
Then again, if you would like to play the guessing game... clue number 2 will be made up in response to your next blog entry.
Made up ? Oh I see. Good bye.
Misunderstood. 'Made up' was a bad choice of words. This has swiftly changed from feeling fun to feeling embarrassing. Wish you all the best, congratulations on your work with Oliver. Good bye.
Now don't get too upset my sensitive anonymous one. Part of playing this sort of guessing game is the possibility that the unfortunate guesser may get irritated and give it up. My response may have sounded harsh but I really was starting to think I was the victim of a stranger messing with my head.
I wonder why you are hiding in the shadows.
Yes, I could have been a stranger. And perceptive, I am sensitive. On the other hand there is no intention to hide. Choosing anonymous just seemed the quickest way to let you know we went to the zoo too. It didn't even occur to me to put my name at the bottom of the post.
Your reply sparked a spontaneous mischievous idea to make a game of it. I thought it could be fun. Intriguing, I had hoped, not alienating. So? Would you like to play? Or shall I pull back the screen and reveal the Wizard of Oz?
I guess I'm in it now
